Heat & Melting Policy

Because our products are made with natural ingredients like grass-fed tallow, they may soften or melt in transit, especially during warmer months.

  • Melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product
  • Melted items are not eligible for refund

However, as part of our commitment to you:

  • We are happy to offer a replacement if your product arrives significantly melted or compromised
  • Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene:
